Belit has signed an agreement to develop and implement a public web site – “Portal ALSU” with the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency (ALSU).
Portal ALSU is a public information portal for promoting transparency and good practice in the conduct of insolvency proceedings. It brings together all relevant information regarding the bankruptcy in the Republic of Serbia, ranging from legislation, forms and information about the profession and the bankruptcy administrators of Bankruptcy Supervision Agency as regulatory bodies, to the thorough and transparent review of the bankruptcy proceedings conducted through the Electronic system for conducting bankruptcy proceedings (ERS). In addition to these services, interested parties will also be able to get information on assets available for sale by public auction and by public tender, as well as quarterly written reports on the progress of the bankruptcy proceedings and the condition of the estate.
