Belit has won yet another Horizon 2020 project – HOLISDER (Integrating Real-Intelligence in Energy Management Systems enabling Holistic Demand Response Optimization in Buildings and Districts). Project focuses on integration of demand response in energy management systems while ensuring interoperability through public private partnership (EeB PPP).
HOLISDER introduces a Holistic Demand Response Optimization Framework that will enable significant energy costs reduction (~45%) at the consumer side, while introducing buildings as a major contributor to energy networks’ stability in response to network constraints and conditions.
This is Belit’s 4th H2020 project – along with City4Age, MOEEBIUS and PULSE.
Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever. Lasting from 2014 to 2020 it promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market.
This project is additional confirmation that we are at a forefront in innovation and one of leading companies in the region that are active in EU projects.
