Credit Bureau is a national centralised information system for acquisition and distribution of credit record history for natural persons and legal entities. It allows insight in ongoing solvency of natural persons, legal entities and entrepreneurs. Data can be accessed only with consent from concerned natural persons, or a legal representative of the concerned legal entity.
This system significantly lowers processing costs of request for services, increases financial discipline, and minimises risk for creditors.
One more positive effect of this system is that it prevents excessive indebtedness.
