In scope of SmartCare Project, Belit developed application for health professionals, social care providers, informal care providers and care recipients.
Application is simple and easy to use and enables monitoring of health condition of care recipient, alerts on defined tasks and activities, enables communication with formal and informal care providers.
Application together with internet portal enables better integration of social and health care provision.
