Through the six years of project management, an IT strategy has been prepared. Additionally, the implementation of an information system has been performed for the purposes of having functioning foreign exchange – inter bank market.

Project results include continuous and smooth functioning of the FX inter-bank money market. Additionally, time needed to perform a transaction was reduced significantly. The developed information system has served as a database for analysis done by NBY and commercial banks.
